KUALA TERENGGANU: The Prime Minister has issued a warning – those who spread untruths and slander on the Internet will face the law. If information in blogs, websites and online portals were incorrect, bordered on slander, caused disturbance or compelled the public to lose faith in the nation’s economic policies, their authors would be detained for investigation, said Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++Pasted news article. 1. What do you folks think about this? (please post your half truths and slander here; no constructive and intelligent opinons allowed !). 2. Moderators......would this forums be subject to such monitoring as well? 3. Potential resurgence of the ISA? Anyway, slander and untruths are almost always subjective and open to interpretation......... I suppose they'll only go after the hardcore instigators. they can't possibly go after every muthu, ali or ah-chong out there who posts an opinion on the net. By the way Bukit Aman..... if you're watching......everything I've said about my butt on this forum is true, goddamnit!

He said the authors will be detained for investigation, which is a good thing coz ear squats can tone ur muscles really well, not to mention the very good kopi-o they have there.

Of course, coz a lot of the boys in blue drive or love BMW's so they are registered here. Those that don't drive Mercedes or Audi and hate BMW's, so they are registered here as flamers.

Do you mean the law or the politician who is currently suspended for money politics???? Either way, the answer is the same i.e. both will resurface.

As you have issued the challenge, they will be hauling you in for questioning. At the very same room where they placed the semen stained mattress, your butt will be on the line (most likely you will be bending down).

:p:p:p

Aichaaa... they should incentivise the snitches lah. Liddat, some of us can make a lot of money from this forum man!

My answer to this question is that "please refer to my signature below". If Bukit Aman is monitoring, I'll be in deeper shit than any of the persons that you can think of derived from my signature.

Off topic a bit...Stud Daddy,

Can you become my idol? When I grow up I wanna be just like you.:D

Bro, this is getting a bit too much la. What's next? Install spycams in all bathrooms and hidden cameras in all residentials?
Too much bro..too much. We can discuss and talk about it as long we remain sober. I just hope they did not stereotype everybody. Otherwise, indirectly the PM is trying to say that he is not in control, which is very bad for everybody.
This is from the bottom of my heart, as a well travelled man I am sure our outlook is different from most people. We have seen a lot, good and bad. I hope you feel the need to make this place a better place. Why can't we follow the good ones? What or who is stopping you? The thing is my hands (and probably my mouth too) are tied. You and your family are in the best position to make changes. The road may not be easy. But I always believe that the kite rises against the wind.

eh relax la bro..my comment was merely referring to ur signature la,nothing more.

on the subject at hand though,i do agree with u that its all too much.like i said in my earlier posts(can't remember which thread:p ),the fella is indeed not in control and a pretty weak leader for a country like ours.no vision and merely following where the wind blows.i sincerely believe this and so do many others at the grassroots level.

regarding my family,as u may know we are out of favour since the 'sending off' of anuar.we are where we are solely on merit and not due to being in favour by any 'camp'.change is kinda difficult to come by when the people around u are not sincere in disposing their responsabilities and are only waiting for ur downfall.yes, people are plotting already(backed blindly by their godfathers from these 'camps')...so what can a 'camp'less leader like my dad do??? we have done our best,my family has suffered in helping others and what do we get?? a stab in the back?? ..that people stereotype politicians don't do any good to our cause either, catch my drift??

its easy to talk but unless u are actually in that particular situation,u won't see the dynamics of the whole thing.easier said than done, not impossible but just barely..

why are ur hands tied?? we are a democracy..make ur voice be heard,no one will stop u if the channel and methods used are acceptable.be smart..we need people like u to voice out, through proper channels.no one said it was gonna be easy..but try we must.

my family sure as hell tried, and it wasn't rosy believe u me.

Regarding my classic signature it wasn't me who invented it. It was being passed down from generation to generation. Since being a politician is the third oldest profession in the world next to being a prostitute and a landlord, I am sure our ancestors too had a great sense of humour.:D

i don't know about 'great' sense of humour..well,it depends on who reads it,doesn't it?
sounds more like 'sick' to me..but that's just me,being a politician's son and all..

nontheless,i'm cool..probably used to it after all these years.no hal..

First of all, I am pretty sure that your dad should have known better what he's getting himself into by joining politics. I can't say much because it was his decision. As a result your life has changed tremendously. The word "security" gave a new meaning to you. And your outlook is obviously different from my outlook. I am just a small town boy who watched the people in general assembly gave their speeches unlike being in the hall itself watching "live". Certain speeches are good but many of them are grandfather's stories. What I am trying to say is that being selected to attend the assembly is a privilege by itself but there are certain things that the people inside cannot see but an average Joe like me can see very clearly. I might be wrong but does it really matter to belong to any of these camps in order to be successful in his political career? What about loyalty? Ultimately, who shall your dad be loyal to? To the people who voted him or to the party? If you dad can still sustain without having to join any of the camps, I can't see why he cannot survive if he does the right thing. Times have changed bro..You can take my word, after this you can never see any prime minister in the future serving more than two terms.

the problem with a lot of people(average joes..your terms)is that you seem to think that the system is a straightforward one, with everyone following the exact same plot..well,newsflash..they don't.
of course we all want a perfect utopia..like u said, someone SHOULD survive if they do the right things,right??..well,newsflash..WRONG again.

the times may have changed, but the system is still the same..they might present it to you 'average joes' differently, but believe you me,its status quo.like i said earlier,he survived solely by merit and not by favour like so many out there.

another thing,my dad didn't forsee the Anuar Ibrahim melee happening..he's not a seer,Nostradamus if u may.so though his intentions were good, there was no telling what the end game would be..no one could see that.

but end of the day,he has made a difference to the people that mattered to him as an elected rep,and that is what matters most.to me,as long as he's happy,i am too.whatever people say, between him and god,he's done a lot of good.and that too,is what matters the most.

we do what we can,no matter how small..i hope u will too.we all need to do our parts.in the end,its our country,no one else's.

ps-bila lu punya next flt?? ada pi Japan tak?? or Melbourne?
