ok , as suggested by our ipoh pres , here are the options :

1) we convoy all the way to guoman
2) we convoy to kl , those not joining the dinner will stay in kl , the rest will
proceed to guoman
3) we convoy all the way to kl , leave the fam in kl , we car pool to guoman

let's try to get some early consensus by this fri .

Megatniza, please keep me posted how many are coming from Ipoh / Kinta Valley for the annual dinner & how many rooms (for who) are required. Would be good if they can list their names in the attendance list.

Since the club needs to make full payment to Guoman on 3rd Dec, would appreciate if those coming can make payment to the club asap.
