BMW recommend HOAT coolant. :love:

There are numerous discussion about adding coolant. Some say add, some say dont.

Actually, It depend on what type of coolant. It just like petrol. If your car recommend to use RON97 and you use RON95, you might not get the best performance from your engine.

My radiator leak; change aredi
2 days after, expansion tank crack; also change with new tank ( but still retained the cap)
then today i noticed coolant guzzing out underneath the cap..
sigh!...
maybe l should ask my mech to check / change the thermostat as well

Yes, BMW recommend BMW Coolant which is Hybrid OAT. (blue colour)
