Yeah man, I hear u laughing...

A lot of fuc$ups were done by dis Mpowder over the 9 yrs I've been there...but its
always been ' Who is perfect in dis world' ?

Now however, enough is enough coz they cant even follow a simple instruction which was just reinspect all da works done...when I even personally told Mr.Nutton, his chief mechanic n da boys 2...

Fr wat I see, dis place has lost da passion to do dis cars...Mr.Nutton has made 2 much of money oredi ( out of con jobs )

I think the problem is, when the cars are done, there is no final inspection before the car is released to the customer. So your life is as good as in the hands of mechanic that fixes it.

The boss is too busy, cant blame him, there are just too many cars at Men Powder and he got no able assistant to help him.

If I am Mr. Mutton, I will hire a co-ordinator to help, his macha is not much of a help.

M Power

Bros,
This happen to most of the w/shops. Boss always busy, just let the staffs handle everthing. Staff doesn't care.....Y.....? Salary not attractive, this is what happen. :106:

holy shit !!.... that bolt hanging out from the control arm is no joke. Thank God you're still alive and well mate. I wouldnt want to think what could have happened if that bolt kicked out when you were doing 180kph. sheeeezz...

am feeling you bro wolverine, once happen to me where my rear wishbone bolt was not tighten up properly and hanging out from the wishbone... luckily change my absorber few days later, and the alignment guy alerted me about the bolt.. however the incident does not happen in mpowder, but happen in a worksyop located in PJ, where most of the mechanics were from myanmar.. felt very2 upset..

Bro..

This does not only apply to workshop but also a hot topic in the Health Ministry.
The service standard of doctors and hospital are a huge concern.

now i know.....so many w/shops hire gorillas/orangutans with no manners towards cars, only rudeness!
simply screw, tighten 'n'taruh types! thats whyour rides are scratched, dented, greased, stained, left loose, sweated on, messed-up and what-nots. No more pride in the industry, only vulture-eyes on profit! What a shame!!!!!!

Always keep an eye on what the mechanic does to your car... at least if you see something's not right, you can always ask him.

The boss is too busy trying to figure out how to con his customers...

Sometime back, when i was there wif Wolverine, a chinese guy came by in his E34 M50 24V 520i 4speed Auto. Apperently, this was his 5th visit here. His complain was no power until rpm hits 2500 on his 1st gear, then it goes normal.
He complained of very high consumption too lately.

Mr.Nutton immediately took his car for a test drive. In the meantime, wolverine told me it's 99% this car's cam sensor should be faulty.

Mr.Nutton came back n plugged his GT1 equipment to dis car. After sometime,
he told the owner that his gearbox needs overhauling as the 1st gear clutch had burned out. Mr.Nutton claimed that his GT1 showed dis error code. Mr.Nutton quoted him RM3500 to overhaul the gearbox n the job should take 3-4 days.

Now, u dont expect the poor owner to know what error code is that, do u???

So, the owner had no choice, he misplaced his trust on dis cunning hell-going Mr.Nutton, n left the car here. That's when wolverine questioned Mr.Nutton, y he lied to that poor chap...Guess what, Mr.Nutton told wolverine "This how to do the business".

After 2 days the car was there, they changed the cam sensor, gearbox filter, gasket n oil.

His cost

Cam sensor ( used unit ) = RM100
Filter n Gasket = RM75
Oil ( about 6 litres ) = RM80

Total = RM255

On the 3rd day, Mr.Nutton calls the owner to inform that they have rushed n finished overhauling his gearbox. That guy came, paid RM3500,collected his car n thanked Mr.Nutton numerous times.

How I know so much??? My car was there for a gearbox overhaul at the sametime. N i took off from work to be there.

Now Albundy, are you sure this place just needs better assisstants???

I would like to thank Wolverine for saving me thousands of ringgit. If not for his vast knowledge n experience, I too would have fallen a big victim to dis 'BMW Society Damn' Mr.Nutton! :thefinger:
