based on my understanding and readings, the stories have two sides to them.

yes these morons (the children) are heartless beyond words. these attitudes also come from the parents or otherwise upbringing. we do not know for sure how the father actually behaved when the morons were growing up.

we also do not know how these fathers (or mothers) treated their parents ... were they morons as well?

i am not defending anyone here but cud this be the fathers bad Karma?
