In our bz society, we bz with our work, run some errands, bz with kiddos (if any), if not some maybe extremely bz with their partners , time occupied by friends in kopitiam/pubs.. and some could be in workshops :p..work hard for vitamin M, what else? Do we spend enough time for JUST ourselves? Taking care and pampering ourselves.. spend 15 mins daily quietly for ourselves? Maybe hardly.. Give a thought about it. Personally I faced quite a few health issues last year... then I took a drastic step to make a change. LOL... minimum 4 HP :).. can go up to 8 HP (provided it has been designed for).. 4 & 6 is quite common, but most people go for 1 HP... :burnout:

where? I was admitted to SJMC once b4 also... high blood pressure.... too much adrenaline... hehe... no la.. I was working two jobs at that time....

anyway... dont mind a little push & spot from the sifu....

Admitted to hospital? That must be quite serious bro.. I am going to The Club at Bukit Cahaya (Along Persiaran Surian, near Mutiara Damansara).... not a fancy gym but good enough to do major compound routines and some isolation workouts.

It depends what your goal is bro.. Surely can recitfy and will have great improvement once you put in some effort. The important thing is DO IT RIGHT.. dont be like most people when thy hit the gym frequently yet they dont see results :)

Call me if you wanna have some session with me :).. but bear in mind, that hardly got chance to cuci mata, mostly "ah soh or aunties"..hehehe...
