My GT3 friends are running the pagid Yellow for track, yes they are pricey, but well worth it.
Besides, with the calipers you have, it will take longer to jack up the car than to swap pads.
I recently put a couple of my 993 and 996 customers on Hawk HT14/HT10 track pads and they are loving it.
The Ferodo DS2500 pads are a great dual duty pad. It does dust abit more, but i'd prefer the Ferodo over EBC. Once you get more track time and your brakes arent enough, then look at the DS3000.
