i almost have the same situation as urs. My parts need to be replaced are the fender and driver door. My fender arrived but my door hasnt yet. Door need to be ordered all the way from germany as malaysia warehouse is running out of stock. Long time to wait bro. it has been two month i wait for the parts

unfortunately, a car parked along yellow line is always in the wrong and construed as cause of accident. unless you can prove that you stopped because of emergency or your car cannot move due to technical failure.

if lady said she banged the F30 to avoid something, she wouldn't kena saman and can cliam from F30 insurance to repair her Touran.

Why would you tell the cops you parked there . You are allowed to stop at the bus stop to allow someone to get out or in to the car.
