Dear BMW brothers,The size for 320i vs 316i is totally same. The price is only difference by 28k + only (Co-operate discount) Test drive both car ... don't really see the difference on the road for KL drive. Using this car for sales job ... jamming every day in KLWhat would you buy if you're in my shoe?How big is the difference despite the BHP?Please advise.

if u can folk out the extra, jz go for 320i, the amt is not that huge to justify the hp and torque u might need sometime. meanwhile, it can be used as ur weekend fun car also. apart from the cosmetics change, thicker steering wheel on 320 also one of the point to consider..

If u r not gonna use the extra bhp, keep the RM28k. That's a nice sum to play the stock market or go on a fancy vacation.

Looking at the numbers, I guess at low end speeds (i.e. KL jams) the 316i will just feel like a 2.0 C-segment NA car...although the hp number is pretty low. But torque is usually more important in feeling the 'speed' than HP.... i suppose you feel the limitation of the hp power only at top speeds

Test drove 316i during 1st service of my 320i. Overall, the acceleration is acceptable but I noticed that the power boast gone very fast. Normal city cruising might be sufficient and it is definitely better as well as more fun compare to driving a Japs.
