Bro Halow, I bought it from Quill. First sales person sux. Second one better. BMW needs to know it only takes one person to destroy a company.
As for selling my car. I dun think that should be the right comment as we are all bmw lovers here and should not be convinced to abhor it. We are at the losing end when we have a problematic car and to lose somemore by selling it would not help either. Yes, we know BMW Germany is looking into it but when we reported to the dealers, no one took us seriously. So we took it up to the BMW FB. We don't have much proper avenue to seek advice and really hope the expert here can guide us.

Yes in some aspects, there should be better communication from the concerned parties but as it is a little patience goes a long way.

halow, I can assist in showcasing my problematic car to jarance and the rest at mmz bt jelutong. I stay nearby... I had another loud bang upon approaching a roundabout at former Subang terminal 1 this afternoon from KL/Shah Alam side. And yesterday another loud bang at section 13 at speed 30~40 km/h purposedly drive that speed over hump to verify the loud bang.
We also can test up to KLIA toll (don't worry toll, fuel under my account) and on the way there upon exiting from shah alam toll at the elevated ramp we shall observe the body roll upon contacting the uneven joints on the ramp.

Why don't u get the BMW to answer us, why they still selling their car to consumer even though they already knew their car got the big bang sound problem, they launch the F10 in June but until today they still cannot solve the problem??
Pls ask them, is it ethical to sell the defective car to consumer??
Pls tell them, don't send a representative to ask the consumer to sell their car if they cannot wait for the solution.
Pls tell them, they should tell all the customer F10 got the big bang sound problem before the customer buy the car, this will solve all the mess and I will not bought the stupid car if they told me the truth before i place the order

I am here trying to disseminate information but I guess it's falling on deaf ears.
If you understand the processes then you will understand why it takes time. You didn't buy a toy car but a highly advance machine and if indeed there are issues, it takes time to pinpoint the cause and then new parts need to be produced and this involved not only the engineers but the component supplier as well.
There is nothing you can do other than to wait. Rest assured, it won't be long as the remedy is almost there. As I said a little patience goes a long way.

i just registered an hour ago and i would like to share my F10 problem .
1)very loud bang sound(i dun know how loud ur car is but mine is very loud) it leads me to drive really slow ,probably 120-130kmh
2)very noisy window/door sound(i can feel the air/wind sound obviously loud when my car pass 110kmh) even worse when it pass 140kmh (this lead me to drive below 110kmh)
3)braking sound(when i stamp on the brake close to stop ,it sounds eeeeeeeiikkkk ,eg:like my old car brake pad worn out)this lead me to drive 90-100kmh
4)door(i need to close 2,3 or 4times(harder) every time i get into my car before i start my engine) and i noticed that F10 doors design are really light compared to others japanese car(mid or same category which is 130k onwards) or mercs c,e-class(other than that i havent tested yet,might test on proton inspira lol)
Fyi,i bought my car at ingress auto on oct10 523 skd.This is really annoying for us as a new car buyer,and i have been told not to get the 1st or 2nd batch car due to faulty or something ,indeed it happend.Goin to ingress tommorow morning for the 2nd inspection as well as test drive the other F10 model and might join u guys for the mmz as well for the sharing of the junk!!!!What a shame for the new F10 BMW.
