E39 Drive Electric Seat Failed

Hi,

Could anyone recommand a place to check/repair my electric seat.

My driver side seat is failed today after I went for a car wash.

The main problem now is during the car wash, they adjusted my seat too near to the steering making me very hard to drive.

Anyway I can manually adjust

Also where can I buy the seat cover as attached and does anyone buy this before and how much it cost for both driver and passenger side.
