Bro Russie, the price for this brand air filter should be ok. Last time i bought about RM40.

that is expensive...i changed the brake switch last year for less than RM100...can't recall the exact price but i think it was around RM80++ (no workmanship charge)

I changed my brake light switch faulty last week RM48 + RM15 (Labour charge)

My 325 dropped a bomb on me this week. Aircond broken, ICV exploded, oil leak intensified. FML.

Aircond job done at BG Motorwerks

Compressor - RM350
Dryer - RM 180
AC Belt - RM 30
AC Gas - RM 130
Labor - RM 120

Total of RM 810

Idle Control Valve jammed and exploded in rush hour traffic. Gave me a good scare because I thought I blew my engine or messed something up bad. Called for a tow to Ah Jong's place and got it sorted out in two hours (A++ will come again).
RM 150 for it.

Oil leak to be rectified in a few days..possibly changing to an m52 valve cover just to be done with it.

From what I was told, its to solve the leaking problem common to the M50 valve cover. Apparently, the M50 cover is made of aluminum and will warp after too much heat cycling, which causes oil leak. 3 of my spark plug well was full of oil.

d) Washer pump - RM107
e) Shell Helix HX7 10w40 (4 litres) - RM107
f) Labour to fix the above - RM105

+ service tax of 6%, total damage = RM411.30

Yup. I knew I was ripped off. Which is why i never bothered going there anymore.

The dude charged me 40 bucks for the workmanship (for a brake switch replacement. seriously? for something that took less than 15 minutes to do :hmmmm2: :stupid: ) I know i did ask him for a lot of stuffs regarding my gearbox. don't tell me he charged me as well for all the advice he's given.

:dito: Hahaha yeah. I can still remember him saying this to me when i asked what's with the high labour charge and he said "I give you alot of advice. And also i managed to diagnose the brake problem properly". gosh

Anyway Crymson, finally managed to install the seal i bought from you. :top: Car's behaving really good now. The only thing left is for me to replace the rear bushings etc. Re touch up the body work etc. convert manual. change cams change manifold.. looks like the she'll be getting alot of pampering for the years to come.. :love: and oh, i forgot about the interior.
