Prepare to spend at least 1.5k to 2k for that if u can find one now...

The LSD unit won't be cheap. Used to for slightly below 2k in the chop shops. Alternatively buy one from the American forums or eBay.

If you are using the car as a daily mode of transport then it's not a good idea to weld it as it will be dangerous when it rains. If for drifting then by all means weld it.

my friend is 1 of the incharge person of serdang new drift court (speed city) so planning to mod my car to go there play drift lol

Full lock diff is bitch to drive like normal bcos it doesn't behave normally... it will understeer.. so the driver has to induce oversteer to take corners.. Unless u set car up like go kart where one of the rear wheels will lift off the tarmac going into corners...

i welded mine last month.. so far no problems.. perfect for drifting and doing donuts n powerslides out of junctions =) lol! when u turn da steering or make u-turns it jerks a bit n got some weird locking sounds but apart from that it's a cheap n good way 2 go about shit. highly recommended!!

I'm currently using a 4 clutch lsd, something like a 1.5 way, about 60-70% lock. so far quite fun, but I've no heart/balls to do a burn out or try to drift. but its very fun when u full throttle outta the corners, especially on high torque motors.

only gripe is that when turning while parking, the tyres chirp and you feel the lsd locking.
