Guys, it maybe just me being fussy. After gearbox overhaul & change all mountings for gearbox, engine & exhaust. Still getting vibration when gear in D but gone when I lift off the brake or in neutral. Anyone knows the cause of this? Changed my knock & o2 sensor a year ago. Wonder its the engine acting up. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. tot the idling revs were to high, adjusted to 600 rpm, still the same. icv and vacuum hoses in good working condition. Second problem is that it shifts down gears rather slow. Slow in the sense that whenever i need power, hit the pedal down to metal, and yet it do not shift down. Getting frustrated. alwiz drive in S mode.

Mine is the ZF 5 speed and shift down ain't exactly stellar either. Feels like a Waja in downshifts. You put your foot down and the car takes about 1 second to shift down. Also my car would sometimes bounce it's idle between 600-900RPM when I go to neutral or turn off the aircon compressor. Sometimes it will do it in gear. I have to blip the throttle and it settles back to 600RPM again. Any ideas?

the throttle flap in the throttle body is sticky, maybe. Remove the air inlet hose to throttle body and spray some carb. cleaner into the flap spindle,( top and bottom) . Check the throttle linkage for worn-out ball joints.
