yes, clean it and I did that with WD40........for both the water & air parts. Then can test with hot water.....pour into side which is the rusty one ( water - smaller hole ) and your should see the piston close on air side. as long as move then OKAY can reuse!

i also overhaul my rack last 2 weeks for rm 580 and steering pump for 200 @ ahwai the price could be hight but i satisfied with the works. nex time have to redeem my bonus points

Jus changed da rear wheel bearings...got them from BA for discs...75 per peice x 2

brake cables at 70 per peice x 2

rear axle come wid disk n calipers n pads n wateva tat is required...wid lots of disc to wear off...600

labour 280(including bleeding n al)

total 1170 :aggressive:

a bit on da high side but I think its much better den da drums(aft driving up to penang and back)...might as well do da conversion now den saving den having to pay later...

at da moment da breaks feel a bit soft...i htink tat its not bleeded properly or maybe not calibrated properly...can anyone advice on tat?!? :nyehehe:

the fog lights comes in a set, you try to mod yourself with other rubber gasket, such as glass windows from home try to get the smaller type as I did that before when mine missing but now had change new fog lights and cost me RM750 a pair in KL. that pic is from mine as I post earlier sendiri punya kenal juga lah. you don't drop the fog lights without the rubbers don't worry it just to fill the gap only.

change passenger side front wheel bearing, 2 a/c belts, used door brake (or door check stop) + labor = RM305

Symptom
Slight humming sound after 90kph nd only heard from the right side of the car ... weird ... :dunno:

Diagnostics
Hoist up the car & spin the front wheels. Put your hand on the tie rods or struts and if a "rough" or "coarse" feel is felt, then the spinning wheel has a worn bearing.

Solution
replace front left wheel bearing
FAG :lol: bearing : RM210
Labor : RM60

Note : New e30 bearings now come with the serrated part (with teeth)nearest to hub - this is for the ABS function. Costs more of course. The non-serrated bearings are no longer available - used to be only RM185 ..
