I believe you are referring to the edge of waist support as you enter. That is common problem as man normally have bulging wallet that cause damage to to the leather. Top Cushion Subang Perdana (019 2296909) can repair it for around RM100. For black leather the different will not be so obvious once repaired but for grey or light colour Ah Kit said it will look obvious.

Thanks Zidee ..
Yeap yeap ... i am referring the the edge of the waist support :) Seems pretty common ..
Trying to get it fix cause i am worried that i will damage the electrical seat adjustment module at the bottom .. hahahah i am quite "heavy" :p

I will give Ah Kit to check more about this .. thanks for your kind advise :)

Thanks vixxxx, let me try to fix it first .. if failed, i shall contact u? cause my current seat is still in good functioning condition just that the edge of the cushion is not very good. thanks mate for ur kind offer :)

aiii ... has been trying to contact Ah Kit for n number of times for the fix, but no luck. He is just too busy and he is more interested in fixing whole car instead of one single cushion .. he doesnt seems like willing to entertain walk-in nor did he willing to accept pre-book appointment .. aiii

So need some further help from you all again .. do you all have any other shop to recommend? so that i can try to visit and get this thing fixed?

Many thanks ..

Regards,
JS

Cabri Deco in Puchong did my E39 2 years ago. they just added some sponge to fill up the flatness. RM120 if I remember correctly.

Do you have Cabri Deco's contact? or perhaps the address?

THanks ..

bro,
when i visited ah kit last,i brought to him my driver seat to be reupholstered(cloth) and my steering wheel to be re-wrapped.....without any appointment.i removed my seat and steering wheel and brought them over to ah kit on my mpv to have them fixed and he did....got them back within 3 days....

Yeap .. he had asked me to leave my car there but i am not that comfortable in doing so. Its just a 1-2 hours job and i really cannot agree on why he need me to leave the car there. And if he cannot even put priority in help me to fix the issue, how can i trust him?

I know he is busy, but i am really frustrated on the way he treated customer; i had asked him on whether he is working on a first come first serve model, he cannot commit; I ask him whether he would like to work on appointment model, yet he cannot commit; I ask him whether he would like me to place some deposite, and guess what, he cannot commit as well. And after a long conversation, only than i had found out that his working model is determined by "Customer Value" and i do not blame him for doing so. Since i am just a small customer, why should he waste his time in entertaining me, right?! Well, guess that i should look else where, to try to find some shop that can put some priority in my request :) FYI .. i had been calling since i had his contact, and he had been busy since day 1 i called. Had been trying very hard to accommodate his schedule, but no luck at all ...
