I know that from ebay, try find local, buy, install, than sattle, no need to wait.

u have to makesure what is the problem of ur lock. Is u pin falls down or rod tear off. If U pin falled down meaning your main pin is lock need to change whole lock

I hv checked, the ring become pieces,i try to repair it back by epoxy but won't last.

If the ring broke into 2 pieces still can use. If U pin lost then you have change the lock kit immediately. Now you can buy the lock kit from ebay. Is it very easy to change.
