Wow, you are running very low tyre presure. No wonder so comfortable. I'm on 32psi front and 34psi rear. Will try your settings but scared understeer.

yeah i am ok with that and i check tire pressure every two weeks without fail

So I guess the verdict on the PS3 is that they are very good? Considering them and also the Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymm..as soon as I get buyers for my RFTs.

You should add Albundy in your Facebook and have a look at his photo album. Interesting pics of his Eagle F1 Assymms :)

yes, it can fit. max offset for lCI, i assume yrs is LCI.
the front can go ET30 and rear is ET35 for a flush look.
the rear ET35 u might scrape e top cover wen fully loaded & on road dips.

The Goodyear F1 Assym is great, just that quality could be an issue. Have used PS2 and Conti CSC2 previously, and the F1 is just as good, if not better in the wet (dry performance is similar as it is pretty soft with high wear rate 240).

Cheers

After some research,I think I'll go for the PS3s.Yup,hv read a lot of good reviews on the F1 Assymm as well..planning to stick with 18s for my e90.Found the Msport's setup pretty stiff, almost as stiff as my Impreza's Tein coilovers.

Might go for 18" wheels with slightly lower offsets for a nice flush look and with the added benefit of wider tracks front and rear.Anyone knows what is a good offset setup for pre-LCI e90s? I did consider keeping the 193Ms and installing spacers, but heard a lot of bad things about spacers.

wouldnt wider tires mean more prone to aquaplaning? Especially on our 'specially' designed highways :)

Yes! Very true. The newer generation tires are designed with rounded edge/shoulder to minimise aquaplaning effect. I am still on my original 225/45R17 size, no upgrade in this department..

U will notice my above PS3 tyre the rolling surface is actually narrow than the width of the rim.

Check out CSC2, notice all the chipping scar left over from gymkhana.. :p

versus Yoko S-Drive, square shoulder, wide rolling surface, SUPER NOISY!! like Land Rover tyres!!

So you've gone non-RFT? Good choice of tyre! :top:

No choice la. My pay check not fat enough.. :p or rather, I'm not the signatory of my company check.. :listen:

My rear are on Yoko SDrive, for a fraction of the saving.. big mistake!

Actually I went to Honda service center to enquire about their tyre repair kits. Compressor and sealant. Their Stream model does not have spare tyre and is bundled with the tyre kit and sealant as OEM. I almost drop my jaw when saw the price.

Sealant: with 5 year expiry period, cost about RM250!!
Compressor: cost above RM900!!

All in about RM1.2k before 15% discount. Still..

So who say BMW parts are expensive? :D :D :D

AB, I gotten a good compressor at RM150... Now left the sealant only ! I'm going to Honda Service for the sealant lor... BMW Mobility kit cost about RM600 from Stuttgart. Seems like it's cheaper to bundle the kit ourselves.... Hell, we can even make some extra cash selling the bundle...

The PS3 looks much better than PS2 (externally). What's the treadwear like?
