rumor has it he was racing with a golf gTI when this incident happened. All 12 airbags deployed in this accident and thus the passengers were not seriously injured.
and yup,he ordered a new M5 after that.

i guess he was just 'driving fast' with the GTi which happened to be his fren, then a car cut into their lane... and the rest is history...

i always wondered why people crash their M5 and then go buy and M6... it is very well known that the engine was made for the M5 and the M6 is not that good a car...

i've heard of two cases where an M5 owner crashed the car and replaced it with the M6...

at least we know the owner of this M5 did not sustain any brain damage...

Fuiyoh... 507bhp maybe too much for this driver... Maybe jpj should revise licensing program... hehe more experienced driver more bhp.

Maybe JPJ should... How they do it in Perth and Brisbane, any car which has more than 450Bhp stock standard they have to have a Racing licence in order to buy this car... in any case if u decide to modify your car you have to have permits (any modifications for ur engine)

In perth Yellow sticker means: either car too low, 1or2 items do not have permits, just have to go through equivalent to JPJ to check whether exhaust loudness passes, tinting etc....

Red Sticker: Too illegal, all modifications have to be stripped and items will be confiscated. (I know i had to go through it when i had my R33 GTR back in Perth). If your car is a show car then its no problem as long its not street legal.

i think becos there's sooooooo many fake m5's out there.. just like all other m's.. but the 6 series, that itself is quite rare.. even than, someone offered to sell m6 to me at 480k!!! turned out 'fake' m6.. some people are just plain stupid!
