Can fit HID on E46 M-Tech II front bumper fog light ?

Why spend money on the HID on the fog light. I just change out the fog light to white bulb and spend the money on HID on the head lamp high & low.

Goin to bro, will discuse with the installer first, not sure about wat brand is tat. But i know it's cheap. Will get some updates soon.
