Camera at smart tunnel ?

Just wondering that the smart tunnel guys installed a speed camera in the tunnel ?notice the signs when entering it..Are they bluffing us ? or just a gimmick ? :stupid:

the camera is all over just above the doted line on the tunnel exit KL, been using it for 10 months (every week sure will use at least 1 time), always go around 80KM/h, so far never received any summon yet (touch wood)

i think its to monitor rather than tangkap ppl likewise at the kerinchi link.

got 2 in each direction, hidden in the alcoves at begining and near the end.
can do 60 around there.. rest of the time.. the turbo really loud in the tunnel

i have gone thru the tunnel well above speed limit......think maybe in excess 100 kph - not wise but in a rush....late.

touch wood, nothing yet and that was a few moons back.

guys, even under the USJ Restaurant Jejantas - there are cameras installed under it......likewise the one at Sg Buloh. Not to mention the tunnel on btwn Hartamas n TTDI.

If u r aware, we can check the traffic situation thru these cameras via internet, so there must be cameras.

Naturally, there are technology for speed enforcement via these cameras but I am not sure if enforcement is done....i guess, the main reason is for monitoring.
