Wait, was that question of yours one where you really want to know what my thoughts are, or asking why betty's magic wand went?

This could be just one of the threads were I wouldn't even bother to bat my eyelashes on because by just reading the lines of gibberish about ladies and their choice of vehicles, its quite clear the poster's thoughts are his own and not shared; not even by the rest of the forum members who are gentlemen (enough!). Why spend half a thought on any kind of responses to something as inane as this? My reply here is merely to answer you, Okow.

Since I am here. My thoughts are simple. If cars were just made for men and if the theory the poster had put forth was actually right... Many would have gone out of the business and gone into liquidation. There are cars made for every audience, including those who purchase cars for their wifes/gf/mothers (the lady drivers) and end up driving it themselves... cause its probably the most convenient car to move themselves, their family and their goods from A to B... which is the purpose of many of these vehicles in the first place... (well, for the mass market anyway). Those who burn petrol, tyres and brakes for pleasure are somewhat a fraction of the mass market audience and help only to ensure the inuing survival of some rarer cars and parts needed.

Hence, to start threads that generalise over 50% of the entire human race isn't reflective of the wisdom and well informed mind a person should have and hence did not warrant a reply earlier. Neither did the thread warrant a Moderator's interference, as the replies indicated the fact no one else took him seriously.

However, as the rules on this Board do request that topics should be adhered to, I will see to it that further digressions will be appropriately taken care of.

Afterall, POP started this as he wondered how many lady drivers are there in our club and not what defines a "pussy car". Its misleading.

Perhaps another thread should be started with that question.

I have noticed that your replies of the late have been rather inconsequential. i remember something my dear friend, Tom, used to tell the followers of his many forums; if you have nothing worthwhile to say, please keep your fingers away from that keyboard. The rest of the forum members will appreciate you for your kind efforts.

Coming back to this topic, I will be closing this thread in the next 24 hours if there are no more relevant and constructive replies to the original question.
