Comm Guys,

need some assisstance on something. the 2 tics for Phuket from Firefly during 2008 Annual Dinner, which expires on 20th May 2009. ... trying to get the Labour Day weekend... for 6 days 5 nights, tickets are available, but could not use it during that period as they were Free Tickets given by Firefly, so its restricted.... The frustration is as sponsored gifts, lucky draw gifts etc, seems to come with Conditions, ..can anyone in the Comm assist...would appreciate it very much... Ta

bro, this is a very normal thing. free tickets will always come with restrictions and blackout dates.ie. not applicable during peak season and preference given to full paying passengers where you may be 'bumped' off in favour of the customer. hotels operate the same way. this is to maximise their sales targets.

two options, either use it during low season for special occasion..anniversary, birthday,etc...or waste it by not using it. limited options i must say...
