Hi Members,

Thank you all for the well wishes.

It is indeed an honour and privilege to be elected as the Chairman for the Asian Umbrella, as there were many whom are as qualified as me, if not more to be in that position.

It was a good productive meeting to finally put a face to all the names I have been sending emails out for the past couple of years and these folks are really as passionate about the BMW brand and to attend this meeting, we have to fork out our own money for this meeting in HK due to the global economic turmoil.

Amongst some of the things that we have talked about is more co-operation in terms of sharing knowledge on club matters and having members joining each other's event. For the time being, Bangkok seems to be the favorite destination for the next meetup :top:
