I think most of the members read the newspaper today and the TV news last nite about the issue .... Just make the story short and simple ...... The highway concessionaire with the help of PDRM n FRU closed the access road again yesterday by force .... The best thing is the concessionaire being able to get the approval from Kementerian Dalam Negeri to issued the letter to Ketua Pendakwa Raya to instruct PDRM to assist the concessionaire to closed the road ...... Total PDRM n FRU involved is >150 and even reporters also felt its too much ....... Even the exco Selangor came and showed th eevidence tat the land is belong to Selangor state and they got no right to close the road ....The evidence is the letter by Jabatan Tanah & Galian Hulu Langat but they not even bother it and still inssist wit the action ..... 4 ppls were arrested by Police in the inccident and the PDRM and concessionaire not even respect the Ahli Parlimen, ADUN and Exco Selangor...... Question is 1.Why the Kementerian Dalam Negeri get involved in tis issue? 2.Why the issued the approval even the Selangor showed all evidence? 3.Why use such big Police and FRU for the action??? 4.Can we believe the goverment will reduced the toll rate cos they not even want to open the access road tat not belong to them??

I read the re-erected barrier has been demolished by the residence... again.. this morning.

Guys guys...let's take it easy ok. Since it's General Discussion, this topic can continue but let's do it professionally. Afterall, it's already in the news. I hope no personal attacks will result from a neutral discussion such as this. Otherwise this thread will be closed and the existence of General Discussion will be at question.

We're all adults here...so you all know what to do.

Thanks.

What's the situation now? I come back to Sg Long, a lot of police at the overhead bridge before the tol. Protest going on ah? i hope can settle peacefully. If tomorrow morning I go out is jam, I know it's status quo..............

I'm not too good at typing stuff out but I echo DD's point. Everyone kena professional la sikit brudders, no point getting personal.

We all adults here, so better we all settle this like adults and go to SABOOON:thefinger:

cabutz:burnout:

The issue yet to settled ....we visit MB today and he promised will having a meeting wit Grand Saga, Resident and state goverment to discuss the matter ....

However the incident happened last nite is not acceptable at all ....I was there and we residents do nothing and with empty hand but the FRU out of sudden arrested some resident and also YB Segambut .......The shoot the water and tear gas without warning .......Some of the residents are children and women and pregnant women as well .......I dont think the Police and FRU need to act tis way against the empty hand resident......

Not only water ....the shoot the tear gas to the empty hand residents .....Im one of the victims .....But i pitty for the kids and women .......dammmmmmm.......

Why did they send the FRU? That's the riot squad man. They They already know before arriving that the BMC people are not so easy to push over. I hope it will end soon. This a shame to this country, simple things like the use of an access road has to involve so much chaos.

Things shown on YouTube aren't lies, I guess.

Police in Malaysia very efficient one.. Can't let any form of civil disorder at all. Must protect assets and other road users. Won't allow government bashing. Everyone must remain civil, so the next generation wil only say and do good things. Everything must filter one..

All the crime in this country are the result of internet forums, blogs and youtube. So netizens must be civil. Otherwise, when the Police find anything 'seditious', the webowner will be in for trouble. Let's help the police. They have to fight crime on the streets and on the net. The Police force is spread too thin all over, so Malaysians on the street and on the net must remain civil..

See, where got government bashing and being uncivilised?!

smart like this .. to residents.. damm sigh..

teruk then lastime the cheras Tmn Midah tol cases..
