Have you downloaded it?If you have installed it, the "handwrite" function will be below your submit button.*Make sure you have installed "Windows Journal Viewer" to support the handwriting.
yep ... they have it at the cyber cafes too. I've been using it quite often since time immemorial .. heheh.MSN Messenger is pretty fun ... still prefer it to Yahoo! Messenger.
