18" Rims

Dear All, I'm currently looking for 18" rims with or without tyres for my e46 ci. Could some1 intro me a good place to get rims - please PM me. Dun mind 2nd hand units - as long as good condition. Also, I'm seeking advise for good tyre for the 18" rims. Hope to hear from you all. Thanks.
