Hi Yusri did you also change the centre bearings to new ones at the same time? Coz if you did you might have got a bad bearing. I made a centre bearing change recently and the shaft started vibrating, went thru all sorts of checks and repositioning of the 2 halves and went to 2 different mechancis and they cud not figure out the problem, citing long shaft screwed up and have to change the long shaft. There are no second hand long shafts available in the market (GM gearbox) and if available they want to sell complete with g/box. Started searching for long shaft balancing and found on w/shop in Dengkil which said they cud do it @RM1500.00! Was waiting for some free time to send the car there then my mechanic called up n said that the bearing is faulty. He just changed the bearings using the same brand on an e32 and it started vibrating. He changed the bearings to another brand and problem solved. There's a brand of bearings out there that is supposedly German made (unfortunately I cannot remember the brand) that is really F*** up (imitation probably)
