The first what the heck loks like HKS blow off valve, relieves boost pressure on gear changes and makes that lovely pssshp sound :D

2nd is adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge.

But a great find, fun for sho.

Looks like great stuff...seems like the supercharger was removed and a turbine was put in place.

But it may take some quite a bit of $$$ to put everything proper in place. IT will be damn blardy fun for sure!!! This is a killa!! :)

    Enjoy! :)

AL.. yeah yeah! I think the mech said something about the atuanator/atuator/alternator (something like that) not being there anymore.. so apparently no supercharger but straight turbo charged. Hmm..

Thanks for the tip...but this self-proclaimed DIY adverse individual doesn't trust himself with heavy machinery and tools

Seriously, it'd be awesome to build a caterham kit car, but it won't be cheap. I can get a 1991-1993 Miata sub $8k here and I reckon with $5k or less, I can make an enjoyable lightweight weekend auto-x car. A caterham kit car would end up costing mid-30's. Might as well get a used E36 M3 for that money.

FINALLY! After 5 days of trying to log in to Photobucket!

Anyway, the project car's almost ready for some action. All there's left to do is to get a drive shaft and to shower it with good paint.

The new HKS mushroom. Yellow.. damn lala..

The manual boost controller I was told? Sets it to 1.1 bar..

TEIN adjustables.. so frikking hard I could feel pebbles running under my tires!

Go to AH (Ah Heng) Exhaust at USJ. Near Texchem industrial area. Should be a quick job, provided he is free. What turbine is that?? Is it a TD04L?

    Contact taken.. thank you..

    Anyways, some latest updates :)
RSImpressive - Turbo Lim Dyno Chart..
    Toyota Corolla 1.6 4AGE / Bolt on TD04L Turbo

    Max Power
    - 265BHP

    Max Torque
    (at 5000RPM)
    - 303Nm

According to him, IF I spend another RM4k to tune up and some servicing the turbo.. it'll easily go way pass 300 ponies  Something I'm not ready to do until the entire suspension, drive shaft, lower arm and brake system has been improved  By the way, its got an LSD gearbox :D

Bro, 265hp is about the maximum for a TD04L. Anything more, the turbine will be stressed at the higher end of the spectrum. IN fact I swapped out my TD04L to a TD04HL. Anyway for a FWD, 265 is more than enough :) Enjoy!
