start new topic

can someone check my setting? seem function been disable and not allow me to create my own topic (vendor section)

I have checked your settings and etc and everything seems to be in order. Try to log-out and log-in again and clear your cache. Also browser IE may not work too well with this new forum software. Try using Google chrome.

i cant. tried on several computer still "you cannot create new topic" on top right corner.


im using. chrome, frefox,safai, ie, opera etc...
