Hi all, any other advise whether to buy tis 2002?? have to receive more advise before commited into restoring it...
How much time are you willing to put into restoring this great car. All the spare parts are not available. However, you might get some from oversea. If you decide to restore it, do keep us posted of the progress.. Good Luck
true.. some fuel injection and brake components difficult to source. there's a nice body/interior 02 i know, owner AWOL for 2 years oredi; engine kaput.. that one if i buy, wud probly put in M42. just love the shape of the old girl, but a new heart will keep her going and going and going..
I think that is a 2002. Can you post the photo of the rear end? There are a few 2002 around in Malaysia that I have seen. Restoring a classic car requires patience, drive (or love) and money ... lots of them

Yup, it is definitely a 2002.. Whether a normal carburator 2002, 2002ti, or the 2002tii, have to check the engine.. bro bmw2002kb, your 02 looks nice too ! last week along federal hway, i saw one nice looking orange color 2002, even though it is on the opposite direction, the car still looks nice man....
Greetings everyone. To Tiger, Did you buy the 2002? To 2002kb, congrats your car looks like it is finished and ready for the road. 66bmw2000

2002s are rare and classic cars and parts are expensive. No doubt about it. They are lovely cars to restore and drive. To get it right have about rm50k on standby before you even think of starting. I have personally restored one for a friend. It took 4 years and rm150k to get it right. Have fun and enjoy!
Saw that advert too. That is a real BMW Neue Klasse 2000 with euro light (square light). Mine are with the round lights (U.S.A. version) but RHD. RM10K seemed to be pretty high but ... there are not many of these around...
