What happen to Wolverine's bolt is really an irresponsible act la. That is a very critical bolt and it has a safety pin to prevent the nut from unwinding. How come the safety pin not there? Its a common practice to inspect the safety pin before dropping down the car from the jack. By right, all nuts need to be torqued by a torque wrench but never, I see 3rd party pomen use a torque wrench... they only use it during engine rebuild.. That's why I always say Malaysia mechanics are 99% illegal one..

Labour prices in Malaysia are indeed the cheapest around i would say. Yes, safety is what most important when comes to repair/maintenance work. No one would like to experience this sort of workmanship from workshops. But if you are talking on every bolt and nuts needed to be torqued i dont think labour price wont be what is it today. Britain charges $80 - $140 pounds for an hour and they still do their job like crap.
