He is also a nice guy and a good father. Let's have a little more compassion for a Malaysian that actually made it to the top class of racing. As for the Angkasawan,... Malaysia was in the market for fighter jets and the Russian government sweetened the deal by offering the space flight as an 'incentive' to buy the Sukhoi SU-30 as it would not 'cost' them anything to send our Angkasawan into orbit, they had an empty seat. As I understand the deal, Malaysia paid for those fighters with palm oil, not money, so it was a barter trade,... a pretty good deal all in all. The Americans would not provide access to the software code for their fighters meaning that they could control or shut down our planes at their desire, not a smart thing! Even the UK refused to by the US fighters because of this.... and yes, our present govt stinks. Bring back Dr.M, at least he got things done!</blockquote>
