E90 2007 Oil indicator "Inactive".

    Hi Guys,

    Anyone had this issue resolved? basically readout shows 'Inactive' for digital oil indicator. I read somewhere the computer does this after car hits a certain high mileage (car has over 200k KM). Or its faulty oil sensor / connection issues.
    Any help is much appreciated!

    Its normally the oil level sensor.

    Just need to replace a sensor near the oil sum
