Yet another Tuesday evening rim cleaning marathon

I suspect the marks came about after I used the Megs All Wheel Cleaner on the brake discs and didn't rinse off the rims properly.<img src="http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/4281/imag0568o.jpg" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />From far, the rims look 'clean', but upclose... Coated the rims with a layer of Turtle ICE Polish.
