X5 E53 Panoramic Roof Problem

Hi to all BMWCM's members.My father's X53 panoramic glass both pieces manage to tilt up but unfortunately the rear small piece can't close it back.May i know wats the main cause of the panoramic roof malfunction?Roughly how much to repair it?The small glass with the '1' marking.

Koh, have you fixed the problem? I have the same problem too but manage to close it, now can't open. any one know where to repair?
