A Family member saw a 2010 X6 Twin Turbo which he wants to purchase. Price being quoted close to RM400K.The car appears to be "fully loaded" with some specfs not even offered by BMW Malaysia (as explained by seller). This vehicle was a grey import. To all X6 owners out there, are there any common problems faced by this model in Malaysia which we should be aware of. (Current vehicle E60 3.0cc. Previous model owned E36/E46. He is a "BMW man" but this is a big step up)

2010 model is a 4-seater pre-facelifted model. rm400k is on the high side imo

hi

izzit UK spec or JP spec? the navi on UK spec can be loaded with Malaysia map while JP spec cannot, and the radio on UK spec can be used in Malaysia too.
oh yeah.. UK spec is cheaper due to currency exchange.

my advise is, test drive especially doing cornering before you buy. I personally feel that your current sedan ride can be handled better than x6 for cornering.
regarding the "fully loaded" spec that the salesperson told, mind to share?
