For ARB, e46 already come with an ARB but I think is very thin only, I check with ultra racing 21MM ARB for e46 is 500+. I'm thinking of installing the front strut bar and the front bottom strut.

As for ARB it really depends on what you want from your car. Having thicker ARB is good for reducing body roll but setting it up too stiff does have it's drawback as well.
Here's some reference to the ARB thickness from different brands. http://www.bimmersclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=263
Personally if you ask me only the front strut and rear strut brace from UR is usable. I think they come out with way too many different bars. More like overkill.

some of the UR bars are more for eye candy than any usage as well. if you look at their lower bars, some of the mounting point doesnt even make sense. some of it actually mounts to the weak points of the cars
so, u think its ok to head for UR front n rear struts?
also, stock car comes with front and rear ARB?
