There are two sides to this fiasco, the way I looked
at it.
On the bright side, we need this type of persons
to teach car dealers/franchisee not to take customers'
complains for granted.
On the other hand, this woman is after cheap publicity.
It's like she had planned it all along. Who the hell will
bring along a hammer and called reporters to the service
centre??? If she's seriously mad, then go full Monty and
whack the whole damn thing and not just the windscreen!
Seriously, I pity the husband....just imagine what she will
do to him if ever he wrong her in anyway! Lol
This behavior is bad for our society...no class la
