Windscreen replacement cost

Hi brosCan anyone know how much should I cover if I should insure it?Never did cover it and luckily nothing happens all this while but I'm planning to cover it now. Any help is appreciated.

My E90 is covered for RM5k, i.e. I added RM750 for it.

The did consult a workshop for the price, and was told around 4k so i decided to cover it for 5k. .

When i changed my windscreen ( 5 dots ) at Dr Cermin ..it was only around 3k.. waste.

Insured it for 3k, should be enough . cheers

Do you have any good place where I can go if when time comes to change my windscreen later.

Bro Shiva, I presumed that the 3K windscreen from Dr Cermin does have the rain sensor right?
If yes, I might add another RM800 for the V-kool tinting cost on it and insure it for round about 4K?

Yes bro , inclusive.

Ask Dr Cermin about absorping the V kool into coverage before u buy extra coverage .

check for the rear view mirror vibration after change front mirror at 100km/p, if got vibration , go back to them and tighten the rain sensor coupler.

including labour cost, actually the cost of windscreen (china made) is only RM800, the rest is instalation cost.
China gud brand is not 2 bad, takde silau, takde bayang. But if u use tint film, u can c the light disperse a bit (during night). thou it is a quality tint ( mine is 3m flim)

Hi guys, any idea how much normally rear windscreen costs? Dr cermin in sp quoted me rm5.5k and dr cermin pj quoted me rm5k.

My insured value only 3.5k.

Well, let's just say I parked at the wrong place at the wrong time. No proofs so can't really do anything.
