It usually happens to Chinese school because the shortage of Chinese school make matters worst. My kids school is overcrowded with 40 students/class and about 10 classes for each Grade. Std 1~3 is afternoon class, because not enough classroom and 4~6 is morning class. 3 grades x 40 students x 10 classes =  1,600 students. And since school bus fare is expensive, most parent will ferry the kids themselves. So we are talking about easily 1,000 vehicles collecting their kids at the same time.</blockquote>
