What car are you thinking of covering? Depending on the car make, can get from dealer or order from overseas specialist supplier. Usually can find either with car covers specialist or parts suppliers. Just google something like "1997 Honda Accord car cover" or "BMW 325i breathable car cover" and you'll find plenty. Key is to make sure the cover is tailor made for your year/model of car, so it won't flap in the wind or anything. Expect to possibly spend up to 700-1000RM. I will admit I haven't tried covering a car in M'sian weather, but overseas even during rainy seasons it worked very well for me, just made sure to keep the car waxed.
