[QUOTE="SarJeePekAi, post: 314949, member: 6080"] B33, for better results you have to surface-prep before the final wax/finisher. here are the steps I go thru for my silver ride:- 1. Hose down car with lots of water to clear surface debris/dirt/mud/poo. 2. Shampoo with lots of suds from a dedicated auto shampoo and NOT dishwash liquid or hair shampoo! 3. Rinse off with lots of water. 4. While surface is still wet, use a clay bar to clean/smoothen and rinse off, dry with cotton towel. 5. Use a scratch remover/polish to further clean/smooth the surface and clear light swirls/scratches. 6. Use a microfiber cloth to remove polish completely. 7. Protect the smooth shiney surface with a good wax and let cure for about 30 minutes before wiping off residue with clean microfiber cloth. 8. Move backwards and admire the visual rewards with a chilled can of 100+ or Bear beer! Best value/performance brands are Autoglym / Meguiar's / Turtle ICE [in alphabetical order]. No sweat man.......
