Suggest that you wipe the surface dry and take a photo.The mist or water vapor apparently is normal as there are holes at the back of the light head for ventilation for the hot lights. Unless yours is as severe as our bro seancorr whereby the water vapor turns to large droplets of water, then there is nothing to worry about.The BMW service will only change it if there are water droplets or water stains in the light head. Perhaps persistent will also get you a new light head. If you manage to get it changed, let us know.</blockquote>
