I have actually installed a set of Hotbits DT1 coil-overs on my car on Tuesday after waiting for 3 weeks for the coil-overs to be fabricated. The reason why I choose Hotbits is the variety of springs available (for my car and I can choose another selection if I am unhappy with the current setup) and ease of maintenance (RM80 to repair leak). The current DT1 also has got an extra canister to allow longer damper travelling, very similar to the latest KW design (and also seen in some local kapchais LOL)! As for the performance, I am extremely please with it so far. With the coilovers, every corner is a fertile breeding ground for centrifugal forces!:) The DT1 has got 40 settings available at the top of the shock, and i have set mine on number 25 (40 being the hardest) with the hardest spring available since my current engine is a little heavy. The Speedworks owner himself has got an E36 ///M3 before and for most BMWs, they have got a setting sheet with the recommended ride height and hard/soft settings. Some of the complaints here could be true, as the first generation of coilovers were generally harsh, but the latest ones are remarkably good!:top: Cheers
