The outer polycarbonate cover is not yellowed/clouded.  Many BMW specialists recommended disassembling the headlight to clean the internal lense saying that its common for a layer of soot to cover the lense.  But i cannot believe that the layer is so thick to affect the light output to this extent.  My belief is that the OE Xenon bulbs hv deteriorated cos its also common for aftermarket HID bulbs to lose output after sometime.  Comments anyone?</p></blockquote><p></p>
