The Shell we get is from Shell PD and Bukom. Does Shell also off-take from Petronas Melaka 1 & 11 via the pipeline? I know that Esso is mainly in production activities here, so who refines for Esso, Mobil, Caltex, BHP, etc? How many refineries are there in Malaysia now?
