I do not think u can claim from PLUS or any party. The only thing u can claim from ur insurance. My case was in federal highway from shah alam to subang (underneath batu tiga flyover). It happened to be 5 cars involved included police patrol car was lining behind. There was a container wheel with tyre lying on the 1st lane. 1st car was a taxi, he totally slam break and trying to overtake between tyre and divider. Eventually, cars behind unable to slam the break even i was driving 70km/h (im 3rd car). So all the 4 cars behind the taxi just bang to the taxi. The funny thing is last car was a police car. The officer straight jump down his car and scolded whats happened, why all stop suddently.
