If the total fine collected from the public is always growing that means the law enforcement agency has failed to educate the public. I noticed a lot of negative comments coming from the public and they have every right to do so. Why are they cracking down on tinted and wrong plate number specification vehicles when we have gang wars, rapes and snatch thefts happening at every corner? Lives are at stake here and it's happening in front if us and there they go catching tinted cars instead. The best part is those robbers take off in cars that aren't even heavily tinted for that matter as they have ski masks.</blockquote>
