If the installer damage the tyre during fitting, the tyre shop shall be responsible but if its manufacturer defect, then YHI can claim their principal in S'pore la. To me, it looks like the tyre shop damage it because manufacturer QC where got so che-kai wan. They already know it but try to deny a little and push the responsibility to the importer. Of course no luck lor.Still I think kl_mafia will give this shop returning business.. am I right?!
